Job summary

Child Development Schools in Bryant, AR is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support Lead Teacher in delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for early learners. You will help create a warm, safe classroom and foster curiosity and growth.

You will engage with children, observe progress, communicate with families, and assist with attendance and daily reports. This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay, benefits, and professional development.

• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports

Your role

As an Assistant Teacher at Child Development Schools, you will help create a classroom filled with discovery, creativity, learning, and joy. Working alongside your Lead Teacher, you will support young learners through meaningful experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, kindness, and growth. From hands-on activities and storytelling to everyday learning moments, you will help shape a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to explore the world around them.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Support the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for the classroom
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements

Pay And Benefits

Pay:$11-$12.75 per hour, based on experience and education.
