Job summary

Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Education or related field and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $19.00–$23.00 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet each child by name and acknowledge parents during drop‑off and pick‑up times daily.
• Ensure the safety of each child.
• Maintain confidentiality of school directives, curriculum and software.
• Read, understand and implement all policies and procedures of The Gardner School and all State Licensing Agencies.
• Maintain professional and positive relationships with parents and coworkers.
• Advise the Director or Assistant Director of any supplies needed for the upcoming months.
• Follow the standards set forth for the conduct and responsibilities of all staff members who come in contact with children.
