Job summary

La Petite Academy in Illinois, Aurora area is hiring Assistant Teachers to care for children in a supportive, family-focused environment. You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain a fun, organized classroom, and communicate with families.

We offer a Monday-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends and benefits including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) match, and the chance to grow with our Master Teacher Program as you help children become lifelong learners.

Qualifications

• Meet state and/or accreditation education requirements for childcare roles.
• Able to engage children indoors and outdoors and participate in physical activities.

Assistant Teachers

• Love to help! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation range of $18 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, limited medical offered for part-time workers.

• Monday-Friday work week.
