Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• High level college coaching and/or playing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations, record of compliance needed.
• Strong computer, verbal and written skills essential.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills crucial.
• Willingness to work irregular hours and travel including evenings and weekends necessary.
• Valid US Drivers License required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the head coach to implement effective coaching strategies.
• Participate in scouting and recruiting efforts to attract top talent.
• Support daily operations of the program including practice organization.
• Assist with game day operations and coaching strategies.
• Mentor and support student-athletes in their progress.
