Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Ponca City, OK is seeking a sanitation supervisor responsible for EH&S policy compliance, ensuring all equipment is sanitary and assembled correctly before start-up each morning. You will oversee daily operations to protect employees and maintain regulatory standards.

You will lead hourly associates to meet goals such as swab failure rates and Master Sanitation, and actively support employee relations to raise engagement and safety culture across the department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with EH&S policies is a plus.
