As a Residential (IRA) Assistant Supervisor, you'll play a key leadership role within the home, supporting both the individuals we serve and the direct care staff who help them thrive. You'll work closely with the Program Supervisor to ensure each person receives compassionate, person-centered care aligned with their individualized plans. You will guide and mentor staff, support daily operations, and serve as a leader when the supervisor is away.
