Job summary

Liberty Resources is hiring a Residential (IRA) Assistant Supervisor to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community-based setting. You will help ensure high-quality care, support daily living needs, and assist in supervising staff.

As a Residential (IRA) Assistant Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, participate in on-call coverage, and collaborate with the care team to meet individualized goals and ensure safety and respect for residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree with 1 year related experience.
• HS diploma with 2 years related experience.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to transport individuals.
• Reliable, compassionate, and team‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living skills and individualized goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality care.
• Use crisis‑prevention and conflict‑resolution techniques.
• Assist in supervising direct care staff and daily operations.
• Share on‑call responsibilities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree + 1 year experience
