About the Role

The Assistant Superintendent will be part of a project team overseeing the construction of high-density residential and mixed-use projects. Reporting to the Project Superintendent and General Superintendent, the role involves supervising trades, subcontractors, and punch carpenters.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Punch Carpenters and Laborers
• Coordinate inspections and testing with building officials
• Identify project risks and report to the Project Superintendent
• Monitor subcontractors and laborers’ work
• Ensure completion of punch lists and quality standards
