Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the relevant industry.
• Strong understanding of operational procedures, compliance standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in developing and implementing operational plans and policies.
• Oversee daily activities to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with various departments or teams to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
• Monitor project progress or educational program delivery, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
• Support staff management including training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports and documentation for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Participate in budget planning and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
