Job summary

Vernon Public Schools seeks an Assistant Superintendent of Schools to partner with the Superintendent to lead Human Resources growth and system development. The role also oversees teaching and learning, curriculum, professional learning, and grant management, ensuring staff compliance and strong instructional models to provide high-quality education for all students.

Assistant Superintendent of Schools

Description:

The Administration is seeking a person who will work in collaboration with the Superintendent and administration to provide leadership, direction, and supervision of the ongoing growth of systems and structures in the area of Human Resources. This position will also provide oversight of teaching and learning, curriculum and instruction, professional learning, and grant management. The Assistant Superintendent will work collaboratively to ensure staff compliance, strong Human Resources systems, and strong instructional models are in place so each student has access to an educational experience in accordance with the Vernon Board of Education's mission of providing a quality education with high expectations where all students become independent learners. Salary and Benefits:

The salary range is $188,000 - $193,000 based on experience. Benefits included.
