Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Superintendent within the Construction Commercial Interiors market.
• Proven experience managing Construction Commercial Interiors projects in NYC.
• Strong knowledge of commercial interior fit-outs and renovations.
• Must be working for a New York City Construction Commercial Interiors General Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors on Construction Commercial Interiors projects.
• Coordinate daily site activities across multiple Construction Commercial Interiors projects.
• Run schedules, look-ahead meetings, and site coordination meetings.
• Lead OAC meetings and maintain communication with clients and project teams.
• Maintain quality control and site safety standards.
• Work closely with Project Managers on Construction Commercial Interiors projects throughout Manhattan.
• Oversee commercial interior construction activities from demolition through final handover.
