ARCO Companies is hiring an Assistant Superintendent for new graduates. You will be in the field, solving problems in real time and learning the full lifecycle of projects alongside seasoned professionals.

You will gain hands‑on experience in design/build, tilt‑up/concrete projects, and industrial builds while developing leadership and safety skills. This entry‑level role emphasizes growth, mentorship, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming completion of an accredited Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, Construction Management, Building Science, or Construction Engineering (other related engineering majors will be considered).
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a project and work alongside experienced professionals.
• Support the construction process from field leadership and site execution.
• Collaborate with design teams and field crews to deliver quality outcomes.

Necessary Qualifications:
