Job summary

Big-D Construction seeks an Assistant Superintendent to join our Arizona team. Based in Phoenix, you will assist the project team with scheduling, logistics coordination, subcontractor management, and safety program leadership to ensure safe, efficient project delivery.

You will support documentation, RFI processing, and site reporting while coordinating meetings and ensuring compliance with company policies. This is a full-time on-site role in Arizona.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a PE/FE in commercial construction.
• Multifamily experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project schedule development and updates.
• Coordinate jobsite logistics and subcontractor work scopes.
• Lead and model safety program practices on site.
• Assist with time cards and payroll coding.
• Support RFI processing, drawing revisions, and document control.
• Maintain project records, daily reports, photos, and closeout procedures.
• Attend project meetings and capture minutes.
