Jobot is seeking an Assistant Superintendent/Superintendent in Tampa for $30M+ ground-up projects. You will work for an ENR Top Ranked Southeast Commercial General Contractor with no travel, great benefits, a bonus, and truck allowance.

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year. Local work only; competitive base and profit sharing. 3+ years of CM experience and a BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering are required.

• Experience with ground-up multi-family construction projects.
