Doyle Construction Company is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support day-to-day field operations, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality standards on our projects.

Working closely with the Superintendent and Project Team, you will coordinate subcontractors, maintain project milestones, and help manage site documentation and progress. This role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and quality across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent with daily management of jobsite operations.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Support project scheduling and help maintain project milestones.
• Conduct regular site walks to ensure quality standards are met.
• Promote and enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Help identify and resolve field issues before they impact project progress.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, photographs, and field logs.
• Participate in subcontractor coordination meetings and project planning sessions.
• Verify work is completed according to plans, specifications, and company standards.
• Assist with punch list completion and project closeout activities.
• Foster positive working relationships with clients, design teams, inspectors, subcontractors, and fellow team members.
