Job summary

Michael Page US is seeking an Assistant Superintendent for a ground-up multifamily project in Ashburn, VA. The role supports the Senior Superintendent and independently manages scopes across concrete, framing, MEP, drywall, finishes, and turnover.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in construction, experience with ground-up multifamily or hospitality builds, and familiarity with Procore and scheduling software. OSHA credentials are a plus; local or traveling candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of construction experience.
• Ground-up multifamily or hospitality construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of concrete and wood-frame construction.
• Ability to independently manage a major project scope or phase.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and driving schedule performance.
• Familiarity with all phases of construction from sitework through project closeout.
• Experience using Procore and construction scheduling software preferred.
• OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certifications are a plus.
• Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred but not required.
• Open to local candidates as well as qualified travelers interested in long-term opportunities.

• Base Salary: $115,000 - $140,000
• Project Bonus: Approximately $15,000
