Job summary

Genesis Turfgrass LLC. seeks an Assistant Superintendent for Wild Quail G&CC to work with the superintendent on maintaining the golf course to the highest standards. You will supervise the crew, oversee irrigation, and coordinate spray schedules to keep turf healthy and play-ready.

The ideal candidate has a turfgrass management background, experience with irrigation systems, and strong leadership and communication skills to work collaboratively with staff and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, associate’s, or certificate in Turfgrass Management or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in golf course maintenance.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and equipment operation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the superintendent and crew.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper watering and irrigation practices for healthy turf.
