• Minimum 3 years' construction project experience required.
• General knowledge of construction principles/processes required.
• Experience with self-perform work preferred.
• Proven commitment to safety and building relationships with the Owner.
• Experience managing field staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in coordinating project staff and schedules.
• Support the Project Manager in developing and updating CPM construction schedules.
• Assist in subcontract and purchase order administration.
• Provide leadership to on-site project teams and ensure safety compliance.
• Track project costs, reporting, and change orders as required.
• Support project closeout and quality management processes.
