Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare, commercial, or related construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Experience directing and coordinating trades; self-perform concrete background preferred.
• Experience working with a Project Management team on project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bidding opportunities, preconstruction services, and shop drawing coordination.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents.
• Manage labor, safety programs, quality control, and affirmative action efforts.
• Review budgets, purchase orders, and monitor project costs.
• Document daily construction activities and progress.
• Chair weekly subcontractor coordination meetings.
