Position Summary

The Assistant Superintendent position is the first step in taking a larger field leadership role on a Healthcare project, and is the first step towards preparing individuals to becoming field Superintendents. The Assistant Superintendent works closely with the Project Superintendent to ensure timely, quality and successful completion of project. May be solely responsible for a segment of project, and/or have Engineers/Interns reporting to them.
