Job summary

A leading construction firm in Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to oversee field administration, manage project personnel, and ensure timely, budget-conscious execution of construction operations. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in construction or equivalent experience, have at least three years in entry-level positions, and possess OSHA 30 certification. Qualifications

• Preferred four (4) degree in a construction related curriculum or equivalent experience.
• Three (3) years experience at Entry Level Positions (EE, PE, CE).
• Proficient in scheduling software like Procore or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• On-site field administration/supervision and technical management for all construction operations.
• Direct supervision of Assistants, Foreman, subcontractors, and other personnel.
• Planning, coordination and execution of work on time, within budget, while maintaining a safe workplace.

Skills

OSHA 30 certification

Proficient in Procore or MS Project

Ability to work in various weather conditions

Education

Degree in a construction related curriculum or equivalent experience
