Culver City Unified School District is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to lead instructional programming and promote equity within schools. The successful candidate will collaborate with administrators and teachers to develop a strong instructional environment across early education to adult education, ensuring inclusivity. Essential qualifications include a Master's degree in educational administration and extensive public education experience.

The Assistant Superintendent for will be a trusted advisor, collaborating and reporting directly to the Superintendent. This individual will oversee the District's instructional program for early education, elementary, secondary and adult school. The Assistant Superintendent will work directly with building administrators and teachers in planning, organizing, and implementing the instructional program at each school site, and will oversee federal and state programs, district compliance, special education, pupil services, and instructional materials. The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for developing and leading programs and strategies that foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive school community.

In addition to the base salary, the District pays $2000 for a doctorate degree, a mileage stipend, and offers a comprehensive benefits package to employees and their families, including medical, dental, vision and life insurance.
