Job summary

NRP Group is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to directly coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities for multi-family projects. You will work under the Project Superintendent, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality across all trades.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in on-site construction, and strong knowledge of blueprints, schedules, and MS Office. A valid driver’s license is required; benefits include robust training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; construction education preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing multi-family construction projects.
  • Knowledge of site work, utility infrastructure, structural building, mechanical and interior finishes.
  • Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Office; strong communication skills.
  • Driver's license required.
  • Reading and understanding blueprints.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily production schedules and maintain documentation.
  • Assist scheduling and coordination of subcontractors and materials.
  • Update schedule documents, inspections, and subcontractors.
  • Enforce safety and OSHA compliance on site.
  • Assist Project Superintendent with budget and materials management.
  • Coordinate with municipalities and utility providers.
  • Prepare and verify punch lists; ensure completion of items.
  • Communicate project status daily with Project Superintendent.

For additional information, please visit www.NRPGroup.com.NRP Investments LLC is currently seeking an **Assistant Superintendent.****POSITION SUMMARY**Under the direction of the Project Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent is directly responsible for coordinating and supervising the assigned on-site construction activities in accordance with project documents, safety and schedule.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS STATEMENTS****Schedule*** Manage daily production schedules and maintain documentation, field notes, punch-lists, hot list, lessons learned, etc.* Assists with the scheduling and coordination of subcontractors and materials.* As directed, assist the Project Superintendent in maintaining & updating schedule documents, scheduling inspections, subcontractors, etc.* Schedule specifically assigned trades/subs (with oversight from Project Superintendent).**Quality*** Supervise specifically assigned construction activities to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design and project commitments while maintaining professionalism, integrity and ethical conduct at all times.* Perform frequent and ongoing review of all plans, contract scopes, submittals, RFIs, etc.* Take sole ownership and responsibility for your specific assigned duties and ensure quality control.
