NRP Investments LLC is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support on-site construction of multi-family projects under the Project Superintendent. You will coordinate schedules, manage subcontractors and materials, enforce safety, and document progress.

A high school diploma is required, with construction experience preferred. Valid driver''s license and strong communication skills are essential. This role offers growth with a national developer and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of site work, utilities, structure, mechanical, finishes.
• Ability to read blueprints; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities per project documents and schedule.
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of subcontractors and materials; inspections.
• Enforce safety, OSHA compliance, and manage risk; report incidents.
• Maintain and update punch lists, field notes, and project records.
• Communicate daily project status with the Project Superintendent.

For additional information, please visit www.NRPGroup.com.NRP Investments LLC is currently seeking an Assistant Superintendent.POSITION SUMMARYUnder the direction of the Project Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent is directly responsible for coordinating and supervising the assigned on-site construction activities in accordance with project documents, safety and schedule.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS STATEMENTSScheduleManage daily production schedules and maintain documentation, field notes, punch-lists, hot list, lessons learned, etc.Assists with the scheduling and coordination of subcontractors and materials.As directed, assist the Project Superintendent in maintaining & updating schedule documents, scheduling inspections, subcontractors, etc.Schedule specifically assigned trades/subs (with oversight from Project Superintendent).QualitySupervise specifically assigned construction activities to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design and project commitments while maintaining professionalism, integrity and ethical conduct at all times.Perform frequent and ongoing review of all plans, contract scopes, submittals, RFIs, etc.Take sole ownership and responsibility for your specific assigned duties and ensure quality control.
