NRP Investments LLC is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join our on-site construction team. Under the Project Superintendent, you will coordinate and supervise daily activities, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and drive site operations from start to finish.

The role requires at least two years of multi-family construction experience, the ability to read blueprints, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; construction-related education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing multi-family construction projects.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints; knowledge of safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate daily production activities under the Project Superintendent.
• Supervise field personnel and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain schedule documents, inspections, RFIs, and subcontractor coordination.
• Communicate project status and issues daily to the Project Superintendent.

For additional information, please visit www.NRPGroup.com.NRP Investments LLC is currently seeking an Assistant Superintendent.POSITION SUMMARYUnder the direction of the Project Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent is directly responsible for coordinating and supervising the assigned on-site construction activities in accordance with project documents, safety and schedule.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS STATEMENTSScheduleManage daily production schedules and maintain documentation, field notes, punch-lists, hot list, lessons learned, etc.Assists with the scheduling and coordination of subcontractors and materials.As directed, assist the Project Superintendent in maintaining & updating schedule documents, scheduling inspections, subcontractors, etc.Schedule specifically assigned trades/subs (with oversight from Project Superintendent).QualitySupervise specifically assigned construction activities to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design and project commitments while maintaining professionalism, integrity and ethical conduct at all times.Perform frequent and ongoing review of all plans, contract scopes, submittals, RFIs, etc.Take sole ownership and responsibility for your specific assigned duties and ensure quality control.
