Quality Trusted Commercial in Minnesota seeks an Assistant Superintendent to support and grow into a leadership role overseeing commercial low-slope roofing projects (TPO, EPDM, PVC).

You will work closely with an experienced Superintendent and Project Managers while progressively taking ownership of daily field operations and developing toward independent project leadership, with emphasis on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of hands-on roofing experience on low-slope systems.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily in Minnesota.

Aufgaben

• Lead field crews on low-slope roofing projects (new, re-roof, repairs).
• Maintain strong jobsite presence to oversee safety, quality, production, and progress.
• Plan labor, materials, equipment, and deliveries to keep projects on track.
• Complete accurate daily reports, job logs, and documentation.
• Mentor crew members and communicate with customers and inspectors.
