Assistant Superintendent, Argyle Country Club

Argyle Country Club is seeking a hard-working, self-motivated Assistant Superintendent to join its Greens & Grounds team. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging or experienced turf professional to work alongside a strong management team while gaining hands‑on experience across all areas of golf course maintenance and improvement.

The Assistant Superintendent will work closely with the Director of Greens & Grounds and share responsibility with our established Assistant Superintendent and Equipment Manager. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading small crews, performing hands‑on maintenance work, and taking ownership of daily responsibilities.

CLUB HIGHLIGHTS

• 2025 Maintenance Budget: $1.6 million operating budget; capital budget varies annually
• Total Annual Rounds: Approximately 20,000, with 12–20 outings annually
• Total Staff: 4 managers, 5 full-time hourly employees, and 6 seasonal hourly employees
