KempERSports Management is seeking an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent, planning, directing, and supervising daily maintenance operations. This role provides hands-on experience in agronomic programs, irrigation management, and leadership, with goals to prepare for advancement to a Superintendent position.
The ideal candidate should have an associate or bachelor’s in Turfgrass Management or related field and 1–3 years of golf course

The club is currently completing the final phase of a new irrigation system, and this fall will continue renovations on bunkers and greens surrounds as part of the long-term golf course enhancement plan.
The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent works closely with the Golf Course Superintendent in planning, directing, and supervising daily golf course maintenance operations. This position provides hands‑on experience in agronomic programs, irrigation management, team leadership, tournament preparation, and golf course improvement projects while helping maintain exceptional playing conditions for our membership.
The ideal candidate is a motivated and career‑oriented turf professional eager to develop leadership and staff management skills, learn all facets of golf course operations, and prepare for advancement to a Golf Course Superintendent position. The club is currently completing the final phase of a new irrigation system and is working towards completing a full bunker renovation by the end of 2027.
