Engtal seeks an Assistant Superintendent to support field operations on ground-up commercial projects in the Dallas area, including hospitality and mixed-use developments. You will collaborate with senior field leaders, Project Managers, and trade partners to keep schedules and safety at the core.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in commercial construction, with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset and a clear pathway to a Lead Superintendent role as the company expands its Dallas-Fort Worth

Qualifications

A growing Dallas-based general contractor and developer-builder is looking to add an Assistant Superintendent to its expanding field operations team. With a strong pipeline of hospitality, mixed-use, office, and commercial developments, the company is continuing to grow its presence throughout DFW.

Position Overview

The Assistant Superintendent will support field operations on ground-up commercial projects, working closely with experienced Superintendents and project leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in commercial construction, particularly concrete, structural, and core-and-shell work, who wants to grow into a lead Superintendent role.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support daily field operations on hospitality, mixed-use, office, and commercial developments.
