Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Superintendent in daily on-site construction activities.
• Support coordination of subcontractors and jobsite operations.
• Participate in job walks and inspections on-site.
• Help ensure construction meets project plans and quality standards.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe jobsite.
• Work on the active construction site and in the jobsite trailer.
• Support overall project progress and team success.

Who We Are Looking For

Must Have Experience:

• Multi-family or general construction experience
• Ability to read and understand construction plans
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

• Valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and proof of automobile liability insurance
• U.S. work authorization

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors on an active construction site
• Frequent walking, standing, climbing stairs, kneeling, and bending
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
• Ability to perform job walks and inspections indoors and outdoors

Please note that this role could range from Murrieta, CA to Coachella, CA.
