• Develop an overall job conceptual plan and schedule with the Project Manager.
• Complete project staffing plans to ensure qualified personnel.
• Establish subcontractor performance schedules to meet timelines.
• Coordinate major material deliveries to minimize delays.
• Plan and conduct weekly schedule meetings with the project team.
• Supervise all field operations to ensure adherence to plans and quality.
• Implement project safety programs with the ESH Director.
• Manage jobsite cleanliness, storage, and facilities maintenance.
• Develop and implement quality control plans for construction.
• Conduct safety walks to identify and rectify OSHA violations.
