Job summary

Rogers-O'Brien Construction seeks an experienced Assistant Superintendent focused on healthcare projects in Houston, TX. You will work under a seasoned superintendent to learn and manage responsibilities in construction project management.

As part of an operations team, you’ll collaborate with the Superintendent and PM to ensure milestones are met, oversee subcontractor coordination, and uphold safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage site logistics, staging, and cleanliness of the jobsite.

As an Assistant Superintendent, you will be part of a dynamic operations team that prides itself on delivering excellence and exceeding customer expectations. You will work closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
