Assistant Subcontract Manager is responsible for initiating and maintaining all subcontracts with subcontractors providing services to Military Housing properties, including but not limited to drafting solicitations, solicitation processing, proposal review, subcontractor selection, compliance and execution. The assistant will liaise with site management on their service requirements at the properties and ensure the contract process follows Policy Center policies. This is a remote position.
You may be eligible for a $500 net sign‑on bonus to be paid in your first paycheck.
Pay Rate: $90,000 yr.–$95,000 yr.
*This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Compensation depends on education, qualifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, travel, and other factors. Bonuses and commissions remain at the Company’s sole discretion.
