Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required and active.

• Ability to demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and contribute to meeting store goals for retail and services.
• Assist mentor stylist in achieving sales and productivity targets; assist with foils, color, and styling.
• After month three, perform hair services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments.
• Conduct product demonstrations to drive sales and enhance guest experience.
