This temporary role trains to become a stylist, mentoring under Elite/Master stylists for the first months and transitioning to servicing guests with a focus on guest experience and performance. The position emphasizes learning new skills, partnering with skin therapists and retail teams, and delivering an exceptional guest experience through product

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Strong guest-service mindset and ability to learn new technical skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and contribute to store goals.
• Support mentor stylist with sales and productivity goals.
• Perform hair services after month three (hair design, color, styling, and related services).
• Demonstrate products through guest demonstrations to drive sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
