During the initial months, you will be mentored by an Elite or Master Stylist and will gradually take on guest services, hair design, color and styling tasks. Strong customer focus and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and consult on hair care needs.
• Recommend products and services to guests.
• Assist mentor stylist and perform services after month three.
• Demonstrate products to drive sales and enhance guest experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
