Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Assistant Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services. This temporary role focuses on learning under a Master Stylist, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the salon in driving sales and guest satisfaction.

During months 4–6, the assistant will begin servicing guests of their own, while maintaining high standards of safety, sanitation, and professional conduct in a fast-paced retail-salon setting.
