General Summary & Scope

The Assistant Stylist engages with guests, consults on hair care needs, and recommends products and services. This temporary position prepares talent for a stylist role, focusing on performance, guest service, and operational procedures. Mentorship is provided by an Elite or Master Stylist for the first 3 months, after which the assistant begins servicing guests independently.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Performance: Deliver exceptional guest service, support sales goals, perform hair services, and maintain product knowledge.
• People: Develop guest relationships, serve walk-ins, and collaborate with team members.
• Process: Follow policies, ensure safety and sanitation, maintain store standards, and participate in training.
