Perspire Sauna Studio in Sarasota, FL is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to partner with the Studio Manager on leading daily operations and driving membership sales while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will train and coach team members, manage inventory and facilities, and ensure SOPs are followed to maintain high service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing wellness company.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Studio Manager on SOPs, ensuring Membership Sales Associates and Studio Assistants maintain consistency and daily expectations.
• Assisting in the training, coaching, and development of team members.
• Bringing positive, team-first energy and making Perspire Sauna Studio an exceptional place to work.
• Acting as a liaison between the Studio Manager and team members.
• Communicating updates, new products/offerings, events, and protocols in the Manager's absence.
• Leading the team with strong membership sales, measured by conversion percentage and sales charts.
• Maintaining high guest visibility and ensuring hospitable, courteous service.
• Resolving guest complaints or membership issues with high service standards.
• Promoting IR Saunas and Perspire memberships to guests.
• Understanding and speaking about science and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and red light therapy.
• Ensuring front desk systems are followed (check-in, inquiries, forms, tours, delinquent accounts, new memberships).
• Performing weekly/monthly inventory purchasing and processing.
• Conducting daily/weekly studio inspections to ensure equipment and facilities meet standards.
