Are you...a passionate, positive, and detail-oriented person that can talk to anyone...someone who would enjoy assisting in leading a team that provides a world-class fitness experience -- then you're probably the right person for our Orangetheory Fitness studios!

The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works closely with the Studio Manager to ensure the front of the house operations run smoothly. If you'd like to be half of a dynamic-duo, a positive influence to the ultimate studio dream team, know the ropes as well as you know your members’ names, step in when your manager steps out, and set goals and surpass them...then Orangetheory Afterburn just might be looking for YOU!

Every day will be different, but you’ll be representing the Orangetheory brand as you share the science of this workout you want everyone to love as much as you do.

Maybe you’ll use this post as a stepping stone in your management career or maybe this is where you want to be forever. But if you’ve been at even one Orangetheory class, you feel the warmth, the enthusiasm, the genuine sense of being where you need to be — feelings you’ll be hard-pressed to find anywhere but here.

Each pair of Studio Managers and their Assistants partner in different ways, but all ASMs can expect to participate in the following:

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
• Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized

Benefits & Perks:

• Competitive salary PLUS bonus potential!
• Opportunities for advancement! We strive to develop our teams within, and our goal is to offer our OTF rockstars long term career opportunities.
• WORKOUT FOR FREE!
• Casual/Fitness Dress-code
• Flexible schedule
• 401K Plan
• Dental and vision insurance plans
• Other benefits to include supplemental insurance plans such as hospital, indemnity, and critical illness
• Potential for PTO benefits and medical insurance after initial measurement period
