BODY20 is a high‑tech boutique fitness studio using FDA‑cleared EMS suits to deliver powerful results in just 20 minutes a week. We are seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to support operations, drive membership sales, and deliver high‑quality 1:1 BODY20 EMS sessions.

This is a hybrid leadership, sales and coaching role — perfect for someone who loves fitness, building relationships, and growing a business.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in fitness, sales, coaching, or studio operations.
• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent is optional but preferred.
• Energetic, team‑oriented, sales‑driven, and passionate about helping people succeed.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal membership sales by conducting in‑studio sales consultations.
• Manage the sales funnel by making calls, text messages & emails to leads to book them for in‑studio demonstration workouts.
• Deliver safe, effective, and personalized 1‑on‑1 BODY20 coaching sessions for members when required.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure an exceptional in‑studio experience.
• Support local marketing events and grassroots lead generation efforts.
• Help maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and equipment standards.
• Assist in other areas of studio operations to grow the business.
