Orangetheory Fitness Colorado Springs is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to lead the Highlands studio and deliver an exceptional member and team experience. This growth-oriented leadership role offers a clear path to Studio Manager for the right individual.

You will support daily operations, coach the front desk and sales team, and help drive membership sales, retention, and community outreach while contributing to marketing initiatives and local partnerships.
