Job summary

Amazing Lash Studio in Dallas is seeking an Assistant Manager to support studio operations, greet guests, and drive membership sales. You will lead by example, coach the team, and ensure high service levels with a friendly environment.

You will partner with the Studio Director, manage front desk activities, and help achieve membership and retail goals while maintaining a clean, well-organized studio and positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail or service environment is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive sales performance.
• Strong communication and training skills for staff development.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Studio Director with studio operations and manage from the Front Desk.
• Provide a high level of customer service to guests.
• Act as main sales manager and sales trainer with ongoing coaching opportunities.
• Maintain a Membership Sales Closing percentage of 40%+ and support team goals.
• Manage sales and motivate the team to meet membership and retail targets.
• Assist Studio Manager with membership/retail goals and scheduling.
• Foster a positive culture with team recognition and studio contests.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and respond quickly to needs.
• Assist with schedules, inventory, and general studio upkeep.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist the Studio Director with studio operations and manage from the Front Desk
• Provide a high level of Customer Service
• Acts as main sales manager and sales trainer by identifying training needs and providing ongoing training, coaching, and role-playing opportunities to the team as needed.
• Maintain a Membership Sales Closing percentage of 40%+ and work with other Lash Consultants to ensure they are meeting goals
• Sales management duties include management and motivation to set, achieve, and exceed personal, team, and individual membership sales and retail sales goals.
• Assist Studio Manager in setting and achieving membership and retail sales goals.
• Assist Studio Manager with cultivating a positive culture with team recognition's and studio contests.
• Consistently creates a friendly environment for guests by greeting, assisting, and quickly responding to customer questions and needs
• Assists Studio Manager with Schedules, Inventory Management, Customer Service, etc.
• Maintains an impeccable and clean studio

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

• Has excellent leadership sales skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectation, goals, and delegate
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
• Our locations open early and close late 7 days a week, so our assistant managers need open availability
• Ability to travel between our Dallas locations when needed
• Competent trainer and motivator
• Mindbody Online Software experience a plus
