Job Description

The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) assists the general manager in managing daily store operations, adhering to Global Partners' policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Complete daily accounting and transmit reports timely
  • Supervise, train, and discipline hourly employees
  • Monitor cash handling and inventory, investigate discrepancies
  • Maintain business records and perform administrative duties
  • Manage cash procedures and store standards
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and store security
  • Coordinate gasoline levels and deliveries
  • Participate in promotional activities and provide guest service
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
