Total Wine & More in Dallas, TX seeks an Assistant Store Manager to grow the brand by delivering best-in-class service and building a sales-and-service culture. You will support operations, payroll, inventory, merchandising and staff development while ensuring compliance with alcohol laws.

You will lead by example, drive KPIs, recruit and train a sales-focused team, and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent retail management experience.
• 1–3 years in retail; 2+ years in managerial/supervisory role.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with POS and inventory software; flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities
