Position Objective: The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in fostering a customer and product-focused sales culture, managing sales, asset protection, and HR functions to ensure excellent customer experience and profitability. We believe in a great working environment where you can learn and grow.

Functional Responsibilities:
  1. Performance Culture: Analyze sales reports and KPIs, execute business strategies, set clear expectations, control budgets, oversee operational activities, ensure compliance, develop visual standards, motivate the team, and coach on product knowledge.
  2. Building High Performing Teams: Motivate and inspire the team, promote collaboration, communicate effectively, seek personal development, and provide leadership.
  3. Customer Experience: Promote MAPS standards, deliver excellent service, resolve customer concerns promptly, ensure efficient register operations, and maintain customer communication.
  4. Talent Management: Assist in recruiting, training, coaching, resolving HR issues, recognizing performance, and ensuring employment policies are followed.
  5. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, 2+ years retail management preferred, 18+ years old, excellent communication skills, adaptable to technology, proven customer service and sales skills, organizational and leadership abilities, knowledge of store operations, and flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements: Walking/Standing 67-100%, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs., frequent climbing 34-66%.
