The Good Feet Store in New York is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a customer-focused sales team, assess client needs, educate on arch-support benefits, and drive store performance.

You will partner with the store manager, manage daily operations, schedule shifts, and deliver exceptional service across our core hours; the role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience increasing sales by meeting or exceeding goals.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a customer-facing business.
• Ability to participate in sales rotation with the team.
• Demonstrates accountability to core values, products, policies and client impact.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with basic computer operations (Outlook, Teams, Excel, POS).
• Willingness to work a fluctuating schedule including weekends and some holidays.
