• Assist the store manager with daily paperwork and filing of daily reports.
• Conduct inventory counts and cash audits.
• Ensure all deposits are taken to the bank daily.
• Record all invoices for inventory control.
• Communicate daily with sales staff and corporate office personnel.
• Work with vendors and ensure proper placement of orders.
• Create schedules without exceeding allotted labor hours.
• Ensure store appearance meets company standards.
• Manage pricing by checking competitor pricing.
• Follow all laws pertaining to store operation.
• Ensure staff adheres to company policies.
• Handle staffing issues as they arise.
• Maintain workplace safety.
