Mach 1 Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, support the store manager, and drive exceptional customer service. You will manage inventory, assist with banking tasks, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely orders while maintaining store standards.

You will work with the management team to ensure policies are followed, maintain a safe and welcoming shopping environment, and help optimize pricing strategies to stay competitive.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising retail staff or managing a team in a fast paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail in inventory counts and cash handling.
• Ability to follow laws and company policies and train others.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager with daily operations and reporting.
• Oversee inventory counts and cash audits to ensure accuracy.
• Process deposits and banking tasks as part of daily workflow.
• Review invoices and ensure proper filing and records.
• Communicate daily with sales team and management to keep everyone aligned.
• Coordinate with vendors to place orders on time and accurately.
• Help maintain store appearance to reflect company standards.
• Monitor competitor pricing and adjust in-store strategies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
