This role offers hands-on experience that develops your supervisory skills, coaching abilities, coffee/tea passion, and business acumen, all aimed at building your understanding of store management. You will learn how to create success for a multi-million-dollar business, develop great teams, and build a community meeting place that nurtures customers. Note: In CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND, or RI, vacation accruals are capped at 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for director roles or above. In other states, vacation starts at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours for director roles or above.
The actual base pay offered will depend on factors such as knowledge, experience, location, and internal equity. Typically, new hires are not hired at the top of the pay range. The Assistant Store Manager role is overtime eligible, but overtime hours are not guaranteed.
